TheKey urgently hires live-in caregivers in Phoenix, AZ, offering top pay rates and the opportunity to work full-time or part-time. You will support aging adults at home with daily living tasks and compassionate care, in a supportive, growing industry.

We provide flexible schedules, weekly pay with daily pay options, mileage reimbursement, medical/dental/vision benefits, and 401(k) with employer match. Training is provided, plus referral bonuses and ongoing caregiver support.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months to 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with access to a fully insured personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care such as dressing, grooming, and meals assistance.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Transport clients to appointments, run errands, and grocery shopping.
• Provide companionship and social/emotional support.
