Job summary

CareCo Home Care in Connecticut is seeking Live-In Caregivers to provide compassionate, consistent support in clients' homes. You will live in the client’s home, help with daily routines, personal care, meals, and light housekeeping while promoting safety and independence.

We offer meaningful work, 3-day and 4-day shifts, competitive pay, and benefits. CNA certification is a strong advantage but not required; drivers license/transportation is helpful.

• Reliable, compassionate, and punctual caregiver who can work independently.
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable living in the client’s home and managing daily routines.

Responsibilities

What You Will Do

As a Live-In Caregiver, you will live in the client's home and provide consistent, compassionate support to help them remain safe, comfortable, and independent.

• Assisting with daily routines and personal care
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Preparing simple meals
• Light housekeeping and errands
• Supporting clients throughout the day as needed
• Communicating regularly with the CareCo team
