Job summary

Towne Home Care is seeking compassionate Live-In Home Health Aides to provide in-home daily living assistance and personal care for clients across New Jersey. A mix of permanent and relief cases in private homes and assisted living facilities is available.

Responsibilities include health care services, household tasks, personal care, monitoring vitals, mobility support, and offering companionship. Current NJ HHA license and vaccination status are required.

Qualifications

• Must have prior HHA experience.
• Proficiency in English and compassionate care.
• Commitment to patient comfort and safety.

Towne Home Care is looking for compassionate Live-In Home Health Aides to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patients homes. We have a variety of cases available, including permanent and relief cases in private homes and assisted living facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Provide health care services in patients residences
• Perform domestic and household tasks
• Assist with clients personal care activities
• Monitor patients (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc) and report on their condition
• Assist patients with mobility and physical therapies/exercises
• Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support

Skills:

• Proven working experience as home health aide preferred
• Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards
• Proficiency in English
• Caring and compassionate personality

Requirements:

• Current NJ Home Health Aide License
• 1 Current PPD Test (Single Step PPD) or Chest X Ray
• Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination(Single Dose for J&J or 2 Doses for Pfizer/Moderna) With Booster (If Within Required Time Frame)
