Job summary

InVision Human Services in Clarion County is seeking Live-In Direct Support Professionals to provide care, support, and companionship to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will assist with daily living activities, med administration, transportation to appointments, and advocate for independence while maintaining a safe, respectful home environment.

This on-site role requires flexibility, a HS diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass

Qualifications

• Strong communication and caring attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours and live on-site.
• Experience with individuals with IDD preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, meals, etc.).
• Assist with medication administration.
• Drive individuals to appointments, social activities, and community outings.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and positive living environment.
• Document services provided and monitored progress toward individual goals.
• Be a role model and advocate for independence and dignity.
