Qualifications

• All adults in the home must pass a Criminal Background Check.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have experience providing support to individuals with disabilities.
• Meet home/apartment safety and health requirements.
• Complete pre-service training requirements.
• Capable of communicating well in both verbal and written form.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Have good judgment.
• Have a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care to individuals with intellectual disabilities.
• Coordinate daily routines, meals, and activities to foster stability and belonging.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and adherence to training protocols.
• Maintain open communication with Chrysalis and document progress and challenges.
