Job summary

The Planners key role is to collaborate with the production teams and the Planning Manager to maintain master data, create crop records, purchase live good inputs and manage product flow to ensure sales plan targets are attained.

Qualifications

• College degree in Hort/AG Science preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in scheduling or planning roles preferred.
• Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule assigned crops to meet sales plans.
• Coordinate with brokers and internal partners on live goods orders.
• Match vendor confirmations to purchase orders and crop records.
• Communicate back orders and substitutions to ensure plan requirements.
• Track orders for timely receiving of purchase orders.
• Generate Excel reports to track product flow against weekly sales plans.
• Assist in data collection and present program improvements.
