Job summary

The Freeman Company invites students to join its 10-week Summer Internship Experience from May 24th to July 30th. The role focuses on Event & Exhibit Services (E&ES) and offers hands-on exposure to live events, warehouse operations, and show-site execution.

Interns will work in office, warehouse, or show-site environments in Chicago or Las Vegas, gaining budgeting, vendor coordination, and client communication experience while learning how concepts become live experiences.

Qualifications

• Completing a college program between Dec 2027 and May 2029
• Open to all majors; preferred studies in Theatre/Theatre Technology, Logistics & Supply Chain, Construction or technical programs
• Interest in freight, warehouse, equipment, logistics, or event operations
• Willingness to learn in warehouse and show-site environments
• Strong collaboration, problem-solving, adaptability, dependability, and eagerness to learn
• Interest in translating planning and logistics to real-world execution

Responsibilities

• Work across office, warehouse, and show-site settings
• Support warehouse organization, freight, and equipment operations
• Assist with event scheduling, on-site docs, and project tracking
• Gain exposure to budgeting, vendor coordination, and client communications
• Observe how event concepts become operational realities
