Job summary

Barclays Center is seeking a Manager, Creative Production to design and deliver motion graphics, branding, and sponsor messaging for live events in Brooklyn, NY. The role requires coordinating with Creative and Technical Production teams and maintaining production-ready content for arena displays.

You will manage on-site event content, work within deadlines, and support rehearsals and last-minute revisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sports or Recreation Management (or related).
• 3+ years in graphic design, motion graphics, or creative production.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud; strong After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce motion graphics, still graphics, sponsor messaging, event branding, and content for live events.
• Prepare display-specific versions for video boards, LED displays, and digital signage.
• Build and update After Effects compositions, templates, and project files.
• Troubleshoot display scaling, cropping, and formatting; ensure branding and timing accuracy.
• Assist with content delivery workflows and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
