A leading event production company located in Central New Jersey seeks dedicated individuals for positions including Stagehands, Riggers, Heavy Machine Operators, and Scaffolding Climbers. Qualifications

• Prior experience in live events or theater production preferred.
• Able to lift and carry heavy equipment (50lbs+).
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
• Familiar with safety regulations and procedures.
• Proven climbing experience for overhead work.

Responsibilities

• Assist with loading/unloading trucks and moving gear into venues.
• Set up and strike lighting, audio, video, and scenic elements.
• Safely install and dismantle rigging systems including motors and trusses.
• Conduct pre-and post-operation equipment inspections.
• Ensure compliance with fall protection and safety protocols.
