Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment in the United States seeks an experienced Load-in/out Technician for tour and venue productions. You will manage band equipment, passes, guest lists, and coordinate with stage, lighting, and audio crews to ensure seamless show execution.

The role requires at least 3 years of tour/stage production, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and strong communication and organization skills. A High School Diploma is required; a college degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 years minimum tour and stage production experience.
• Experience in stage lighting, pro audio systems and basic video systems.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications.
• Superior interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma required; College Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs the Load-in & out of band equipment and rental equipment.
• Secures required passes and tickets and prepares guest lists under the direction of the Stage Manager; coordinates with cabling, lighting, and audio crews.
• Updates show details to production crew and ensures band(s) have required items to perform.
• Hangs show banners, updates signage, and coordinates backline and stage supplies.
• Assists lighting and audio crew; operates spotlight if required; helps with set changes.
