Job summary

Feld Entertainment, a world leader in live touring family entertainment, seeks personnel to support FCP operations in loading/unloading, set-up and move of equipment at multiple show locations. The role leads setup/tear down of sales locations and pit party activities, with on-call availability for damage control and issue resolution.

The position also involves operating small equipment, coordinating shipping/receiving, and assisting in vendor registration and settlements. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years' experience with Feld Entertainment or live events.
• Willing to travel (required).
• Proficiency in Excel/Word is a plus.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Ability to follow up on tasks and perform under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage load in and load out processes.
• Coordinate, manage, and assist in all stadium set-up and locations.
• Involved in all shipping and receiving.
• Monitor equipment trailer upkeep and prep for load in/out.
• Monitor receiving and inventory of items weekly.
• Assist in creating merch mix/list for stadiums and trailers.
• Assist with vendor registration.
• Follow up on equipment orders and verify checks on carts and equipment.
• Assist securing local commodity needs and deliveries.
• Maintain equipment upkeep and gear trailer movement/transition.
• Assist Pit Party transitions and outside equipment movement.
• Enforce Pit Party FCP Guidelines and rights.
• Help monitor and clean concourse of trash and debris.
• Assist with settlement of outside Ext Food and Pit Party activities.
