Job summary

Arizona State University is seeking part-time Event Attendants to support Sun Devil Athletics during events at the Tempe campus. Under general direction, you will provide guest services, ensure safety, and help maintain smooth event operations in compliance with NCAA and conference rules.

Responsibilities include greeting patrons, answering questions, validating tickets and monitoring seating areas. This role requires the ability to work outdoors or in a controlled facility and may involve

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service or guest services preferred.
• Ability to follow NCAA/Big 12 rules and ASU policies.

Responsibilities

• Greets, directs and answers patrons' questions.
• Provides information, resolves problems and complaints of patrons.
• Collects tickets and ensures tickets are valid.
• Screens patrons and enforces prohibited items policy.
• Monitors entrances, exits, aisles and seating areas.
• Assists with crowd control and facility setup/teardown.
