Job summary

Limelights Entertainment, LLC. is seeking skilled AV Technicians to support setup, operation, and breakdown of audio-visual equipment for events. You will ensure high-quality sound, video, and lighting performance while providing technical support throughout events.

The role requires hands-on experience with professional AV gear, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and the flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in various indoor and outdoor venues.

Qualifications

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of audio-visual systems and equipment.
• Ability to lift and transport equipment (up to 50 lbs).
• Strong problem-solving and technical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation to event sites.

Responsibilities

• Set up, test, and operate audio, video, and lighting equipment.
• Install and configure microphones, speakers, projectors, screens, and lighting systems.
• Troubleshoot technical issues quickly and efficiently during events.
• Monitor sound and video quality throughout events.
• Coordinate with event planners, DJs, and production teams.
• Break down and safely store AV equipment after events.
• Maintain and organize inventory of AV gear.
