Job summary

A leading live event production company in San Diego is seeking an experienced AV & Broadcast Manager to oversee all AV support for events, including setup and maintenance of equipment. This full-time role offers an annual salary range of $80,000 to $85,000 and includes benefits such as health insurance and a 401(k) plan. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in audio-visual production and demonstrated leadership in a fast-paced environment. The position is open until April 17, 2026.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Audio Visual Production and Broadcasting.
• Experience with sound and video equipment including wireless mics, mixers, and video boards.
• Demonstrated leadership and oversight of large production crews.

Responsibilities

• Supply AV support to all sporting events and concerts.
• Oversee crewing for all broadcast and AV positions required for each event.
• Assist in the planning of broadcast truck layouts and camera positions.
