Job summary

Walt Disney Imagineering in Anaheim, CA invites applicants for a full‑time, six‑month internship starting January 2027. You will collaborate with Clients and Designers to develop scope, budgets, and timelines, while coordinating with Scenic Fabrication shop leads.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in college and pursuing technical theater or related fields, able to work full-time for the duration, and willing to work evenings/weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed scope of work, budgets, and timeline with clients and designers.
• Identify suitable warehouse assets and determine rehab or modifications needed.
• Submit project estimates, deliverables and timeline for client approval.
• Coordinate with shops to update scope of work and production timelines.
• Track project through construction or asset pulling, updating clients on status.
