Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. seeks an experienced DJ and Master of Ceremonies to entertain guests across lounges, pools, and production shows aboard our ships. You will create an engaging atmosphere, host events, and manage guest requests with a professional presence.

Fluency in English, minimum two years of DJ and MC experience, and the ability to work seven days a week on a cruise ship are required. Prior cruise experience is preferred, and a HS diploma or equivalent is recommended.

Formación

• Minimum two years' experience as a DJ in various venues, cruise experience preferred.
• Minimum two years' experience serving as a Master of Ceremonies.
• Fluent English as a premium language.
• Ability to take guest requests and mix music accordingly.
• High School Diploma or foreign equivalent preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Report non-compliance to the Master immediately.
• Create and maintain a warm, engaging atmosphere for guests onboard.
• Deliver high guest-service standards to meet OCI & RSSC expectations.
• Provide musical entertainment across lounges, pool deck, shows, and events.
• Use personal music library and equipment to set the mood for activities.
• Host events as an MC using the microphone and manage shows.
• Host social and recreational activities and take guest song requests.
• Engage guests and promote upcoming activities to boost participation.
• Welcome guests with a friendly demeanor and maintain professionalism.
• Monitor activities, inform Cruise Director of concerns, and collaborate with departments.
• Foster teamwork and support training programs; ensure operations run smoothly.
• Maintain inventory and handover documentation for the incoming DJ.
• Demonstrate punctuality, energy, and willingness to work seven days a week.
