Job summary

St Louis County Schools, ISD 2142, is seeking a Little Panthers Student Aide to support the Before & After School Program at South Ridge School. This position helps provide a safe, welcoming, and positive environment for children before and after school.

Hours are 2–8 per week (Mon–Thu as needed, occasional Fridays) with early hours 6–8 a.m. and after care until 6 p.m.; wage is $15 per hour. Must be at least 16 and willing to complete a pre-employment background check.

Position Title: Little Panthers Student Aide -Before & After School Program

Location: South Ridge School – Culver, MN

Hours: 2-8 hours per week, Monday-Thursday as needed, with occasional Fridays, following the school calendar.

Before school hours are 6-8 a.m., and after school hours are until 6 pm.

Wage: $15 per hour

This position is part of our Community Education Program. This position will help provide a safe, welcoming, and positive environment for children before and/or after school.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Must successfully compete pre-employment background check

Preferred:

• Current CPR & First Aid certification
• Previous experience working with children
