Job summary

Little Caesars is hiring a Restaurant Manager Trainee in Cicero, IL to lead a high-volume, fast casual team and gain hands-on experience in restaurant operations.

You will provide excellent customer service, oversee food prep, and guide a team to meet standards while learning cost control and cash handling. This entry-level path offers growth toward general management with on-site training and benefits.

• Previous experience in a high volume, quick service or fast casual restaurant.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team building skills.
• Cheerful outlook and outstanding work ethic.
• Previous management experience.
• Willing to work 40+ hours per week.

• Provide direction and regular feedback to colleagues, ensuring all job duties are performed to standard.
• Accurately manage cashflow.
• Control costs through teaching proper use of paper, labor, food, and utilities
• Monitor shift activity to ensure compliance with food and safety regulations.
• Follow all procedures associated with opening and closing the restaurant.
• Appropriately handle unexpected occurrences and notify appropriate parties in a timely fashion.

Compensation

Salary: $19.00 per hour

In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a variety of benefits for our full-time colleagues after 90 days with the company, including but not limited to:
