Job summary

Little Caesars is hiring for a Restaurant Manager Trainee in Chicago. This role focuses on developing leadership skills while managing daily restaurant operations. You will contribute to customer service, food prep and service, and team coordination to maintain high standards.

• Willing to work 40+ hours per week.

• Provide direction and regular feedback to colleagues, ensuring all job duties are performed to standard.
• Accurately manage cashflow.
• Control costs through teaching proper use of paper, labor, food, and utilities
• Monitor shift activity to ensure compliance with food and safety regulations.
• Follow all procedures associated with opening and closing the restaurant.
• Adequately handle unexpected occurrences and notify appropriate parties in a timely fashion.

Compensation

Salary: $19.00 per hour
