Little Caesars is seeking a Co-Manager to join the Pizza! family. You will lead teams, ensure exceptional service, and drive efficiency in a high-volume store.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and previous management experience. A fast-paced environment and flexible hours are part of daily duties, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume, quick-service or fast-casual restaurant is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to mentor and guide a team to meet standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Prep, cook, and serve food.
• Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Provide direction and regular feedback to colleagues to meet standards.
• Accurately manage cash flow and POS accuracy.
• Control costs through proper use of paper, labor, food and utilities.
• Monitor shift activity to ensure food safety regulations are followed.
• Follow procedures for opening and closing the restaurant.
• Handle unexpected occurrences and notify the appropriate parties promptly.
