Job summary

Professional Facility Services LLC is hiring for a Litter Laborer responsible for maintaining cleanliness and safety of properties, roadways, and public areas. The role includes cross-training across landscaping, janitorial, snow removal, and MOT tasks, with winter snow removal mandatory for all employees.

Responsibilities include collecting debris, cleaning areas, reporting hazards, and operating basic tools. Seasonal hours vary; early starts and outdoor work required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license required and reliable transportation daily.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect litter, trash, debris, and waste materials from assigned areas.
• Empty and replace trash receptacle liners as needed.
• Clean sidewalks, parking lots, landscaped areas, curbs, gutters, and common areas.
• Remove leaves, branches, and other debris from grounds and walkways.
• Report hazardous conditions, illegal dumping, or safety concerns to supervisors.
• Operate basic hand tools and equipment: litter grabbers, brooms, shovels, rakes, blowers.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE.
• Cross-train across landscaping, janitorial, snow removal, litter/debris, and MOT duties as needed.
• Perform snow and ice removal during winter weather events.
• Support MOT and flagging operations as needed.
• Perform other services as needed per client and business demands.
