The People Of: Professional Services in Chicago is seeking a 2nd–5th year Associate to join its Litigation Group. You will work on sophisticated, high-stakes litigation and white collar matters across diverse industries and disputes.

The role involves handling securities litigation, class actions, MDLs, cyber litigation, regulatory investigations and restructuring-related disputes, with opportunities to collaborate with senior attorneys on strategy and complex cases.

Qualifications

• 2nd–5th year associate in litigation.
• Experience with discovery, brief writing and pre-trial prep.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Experience in cybersecurity or data privacy a plus.
• Ability to handle high-stakes disputes in a fast-paced environment.

An elite global law firm is seeking a 2nd–5th year Associate to join its Litigation Group in Chicago. This is an excellent opportunity to work on sophisticated, high-stakes litigation and white collar matters across a broad range of industries and disputes.

The team handles complex litigation matters including securities litigation, class actions, MDLs, cyber litigation, commercial disputes, regulatory investigations and restructuring-related disputes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support complex litigation and white collar matters
• Draft briefs, motions and substantive legal memoranda
• Manage discovery and pre-trial preparation activities
• Conduct legal research and case analysis
• Work closely with senior attorneys on high-profile disputes
• Assist with strategy across a wide range of litigation matters

Who You Are

• 2nd–5th year associate
• Litigation experience including discovery, brief writing and pre-trial preparation
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent research, writing and analytical skills
• Experience in cybersecurity or data privacy matters is a plus
• Ability to manage sophisticated matters in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills

Compensation

Salary Range: $235,000 – $365,000 (DOE)
