Qualifications

• Experience providing technical assistance on legal automation requirements and systems capabilities to facilitate litigation decisions.
• Resolving recurring software and hardware problems and providing technical, digital, and advisory assistance to an organization.
• Experience organizing and managing voluminous case information for retrieval and preparing computerized trial presentations.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical advice to litigation teams on legal automation requirements and systems capabilities to facilitate litigation decisions, trial preparation and trial presentation.
• Analyze litigation support requirements to develop or recommend strategies to meet litigation needs.
• Communicate with case teams and outside entities on litigation support methodologies, technology, ESI and eDiscovery workflows.
• Assist and/or train attorneys and staff in organizing voluminous case information for efficient retrieval through automated means.
• Prepare computerized trial presentation programs.
• Organize documents for automated storage and retrieval with appropriate indices and search criteria.
• Recommend software packages based on user needs and evidence.
• Manage and operate computer hardware including printers and AV equipment.
• Set up computers and recording equipment in courtrooms and grand jury sessions.
• Serve as project manager for eDiscovery and litigation technology matters.
• Provide training and guidance for litigation technology applications, workflows and processes.
