A technology services company is looking for a Systems Analyst in Austin, TX. You will support technical initiatives within a Federal agency, design systems, and collaborate with government personnel to meet project requirements. Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience relevant to the systems being used.
• Substantial experience with troubleshooting and training users on systems.
• Experience in loading data to appropriate database platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define system and project requirements based on discussions with Government staff.
• Translate functional requirements into systems designs for development.

Skills

Hands-on experience with Oracle databases in UNIX environments

Ability to analyze system requirements

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Knowledge of Government's IT environments

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
