Qualifications

• At least three years of hands-on experience with relevant systems.
• Ability to analyze system requirements and develop coherent designs.
• Excellent communication skills, with supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define system and project requirements with Government staff.
• Design systems with specifications, data validation, and conversion.
• Translate functional requirements into system designs and develop software.
• Present findings through reports and presentations.
• Provide technical supervision and training to users.
• Monitor project progress and report to stakeholders.
