Innovative Driven seeks a Litigation Support Analyst for a fully remote, hourly position supporting a national financial services client. You will collaborate with the legal team to design review workflows and ensure timely production of ESI.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of hands-on eDiscovery experience, with strong Relativity and MS Office proficiency. This is an ongoing remote role with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in eDiscovery services.
• Strong familiarity with eDiscovery platforms such as Relativity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Excel, and OneNote.

Responsibilities

• Guide attorneys on ESI review best practices, workflows, and technology solutions.
• Provide guidance on review strategy, workflow optimization, and lifecycle processes.
• Plan and manage internal and external project communications and deliverables.

Innovative Driven is seeking a Litigation Support Analyst to join one of our most well-respected national financial services clients! The Litigation Support Analyst will support the in-house legal team on an ongoing, hourly basis.

You will collaborate with the dynamic legal team to develop customized review workflows, provide guidance on document review methodologies, and ensure the timely and accurate production of relevant data in accordance with established legal and regulatory requirements.

This will be an hourly pay, ongoing role that is FULLY REMOTE

Primary Responsibilities:

• Accurately process and load Electronically Stored Information (ESI) into review platforms
• Manage and administer review workspaces (including user permissions, layouts, views, and workflow)
• Design and implement customized an efficient review workflows
• Coordinate the production and delivery of ESI in accordance with established production protocols, specifications, and deadlines.
• Leverage advanced analytics to enhance document review, including clustering, email threading, near-duplicate identification, and predictive coding/technology-assisted review (TAR)
• Guide attorneys and legal team members on ESI review best practices, workflows, and technology solutions.
• Provide guidance on review strategy, workflow optimization, and best practices throughout the discovery lifecycle.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage internal and external project communications, ensuring the timely exchange of information, status updates, and deliverables.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in eDiscovery services
• Strong familiarity and experience with eDiscovery platforms such as Relativity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Excel, and OneNote.
