Qualifications

  • Admitted to the bar in the local jurisdiction.
  • Strong technical and computer skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Familiarity with the discovery process and related documents.
  • Thorough understanding of privilege law and issues.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Preferred experience with Relativity.
  • Experience preparing privilege logs.

Responsibilities

  • Review documents in electronic platforms, including Relativity, for responsiveness, privilege, and issue coding.
  • Create searches to identify documents on electronic review platforms.
  • Prepare fact summaries and chronologies.
  • Communicate with supervising attorneys regarding findings and questions.
  • Assist with deposition preparation and document selection.
  • Assist with witness interview preparation and identifying relevant documents.
  • Perform other tasks as needed.
