Job summary

DLA Piper is seeking a Senior Attorney to join our Litigation group, Business and Commercial subgroup with offices across Atlanta, Baltimore, Boston, DC, Miami, New York, Philadelphia, Raleigh, Short Hills, and Wilmington.

The role emphasizes client communication, accurate deliverables, and timely work product. The position requires a minimum of six years in M&A disputes and related areas, with a hybrid in-office/remote work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in M&A post-closing indemnity disputes and/or representations and warranty insurance disputes.
• Experience with M&A transaction documentation and damages calculations.
• Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction in which you are applying.

Summary

Bar Admission

• Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction in which you are applying.

Experience

• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in M&A post-closing indemnity disputes and/or representations and warranty insurance disputes.
• Experience with M&A transaction documentation and damages calculations.

Physical Demands

Pay Transparency

• The firm's expected hiring range for this position is $275,000 – $425,000 per year depending on the candidate’s geographic market location.
• The compensation offered for employment will also be dependent on other factors including the candidate’s experience, skills, educational and professional background, and overall qualifications.
