Litigation Paralegal – Trust & Probate Estate Litigation

Office Location: Orange County | Department: Litigation | Reports To: Managing Attorney | FLSA Status: Full-time | Pay scale: $75,000 to $120,000

Position Summary

RMO LLP is seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal to support our Orange County office. The paralegal will partner with attorneys in preparing court filings, discovery, subpoenas, document productions, witness coordination, and trial support. Candidates should be proficient in probate and civil procedure, possess superior organizational and technical skills, and meet all billing member requirements. Paralegals report directly to their Managing Attorney.

Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities

Physical Demands of Position
  • Work is performed in a professional office environment.
  • Must remain in a stationary position for long periods (working at a computer).
  • Interact regularly with others verbally, in person, and via written communication.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Provide additional assistance and support as directed by supervisor.
  • Travel occasionally to the firm’s other offices and external events.
