Job summary

Fraser Stryker is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support multiple attorneys in all phases of litigation. The role requires strong analytical, research, and organizational skills, with experience in trial preparation and managing case files.

Key duties include document management, drafting pleadings and discovery responses, witness prep, exhibit organization, and collaboration with the legal team. Candidates should have 3–4 years of litigation experience and relevant paralegal education.

Qualifications

• Three to four years of experience in litigation.
• Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or an equivalent.
• Strong teamwork and effective communication with attorneys and clients.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.
• Discretion with confidential information and ethical conduct.
• Proficient with MS Office, legal research tools, and file management systems.

Responsibilities

• Document management: organize, analyze, and summarize materials.
• Pleadings & discovery: prepare pleadings and respond to interrogatories.
• Trial preparation: assist with witness prep and scheduling.
• Exhibit organization: assemble and manage trial exhibits.
• Team collaboration: coordinate with attorneys and staff for smooth workflow.
