Job summary

YUKEVICH l CAVANAUGH is seeking a Litigation Paralegal with strong organizational skills to provide high-level support in a fast-paced environment. This role is located in our Los Angeles office, helping attorneys by supporting multiple cases at various stages of the litigation process.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of litigation experience (personal injury experience preferred), proficiency with Outlook, Word, and Excel, and a Paralegal Certificate.

Qualifications

• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; Paralegal Certificate required.
• Five years of litigation experience required; personal injury experience preferred.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong knowledge of state/federal rules and discovery.

Responsibilities

• Draft routine legal documents.
• Manage multiple cases from start to trial.
• Collect, organize, analyze, and summarize medical records.
• Assist with deposition preparation and exhibits.
• Assist with trial preparation, pretrial documents, and exhibits management.
• Assist during trial and with document searches and research.
