The ideal candidate has 5+ years in litigation paralegal roles, law firm experience, and strong proficiency with Westlaw, PACER, e-filing, Relativity, and related tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience.
• Law firm experience required.
• Experience supporting trademark disputes and TTAB proceedings preferred.
• Proficiency with Westlaw, PACER, e-filing, Relativity, Everchron, CaseMap, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support all phases of litigation, including discovery, trial, and appeal.
• Assist with TTAB oppositions, cancellations, pleadings, motion practice, and case management.
• Draft litigation documents, discovery requests, subpoenas, and deposition materials.
• Manage document productions, privilege logs, eDiscovery, and trial exhibits.
• Conduct legal research and trademark enforcement investigations.
• Coordinate with attorneys, clients, experts, and co-counsel on complex matters.
• Attend trials and hearings as needed.

Consilio's ELS Direct Hire Staffing Division is helping our law firm client, a large international law firm, is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its Trademark Department in San Francisco, Silicon Valley, Los Angeles, Seattle, or Denver.

This is an opportunity to work alongside attorneys, paralegals, and legal support professionals on sophisticated trademark and litigation matters while playing a key role in case strategy, client service, and trial preparation.

Key Responsibilities:
