Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate required.
5+ years of litigation experience.
Familiarity with court rules and filing procedures.
Experience with matter management systems and AI tools (Harvey).
Strong drafting, research, and document management abilities.
Excellent communication, organization, and time management.
Ability to manage multiple projects and shift priorities.

Responsibilities

Support attorneys through all phases of litigation, including discovery, motions, hearings and trial.
Prepare, organize and file documents with courts and PACER/ECF.
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, correspondence and responses.
Finalize briefs, verify citations and prepare exhibits.
Manage case files, calendars and deadlines for timely progression.
Coordinate large document productions and track case materials.
Assist with trial prep, including witnesses and exhibits.
Communicate effectively with attorneys, clients and external parties.
Performs other duties as assigned.
