Alexander Shunnarah Trial Attorneys in Alabama is seeking a dynamic Paralegal to support our litigation team. You'll work closely with attorneys, clients, providers, and opposing counsel to ensure cases are handled with precision and care.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of legal litigation experience, strong drafting and research skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Office and FileVine. This is an on-site role with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of legal litigation experience; 3-5 years preferred.
• Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, affidavits, and interrogatories.
• Conducting legal research and providing thorough written analysis on statutes, regulations, and judicial decisions.
• Assisting with trial preparation, and possibly attending trials and hearings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with FileVine or other case management systems.
• Personal injury experience is a huge plus!

Responsibilities

• Drive impact by taking charge of personal injury cases, providing essential support throughout all phases of litigation.
• Be a key player by working alongside one to three attorneys, offering expertise to drive case success.
• Engage directly with clients, providers, and opposing counsel, keeping everyone informed and engaged.
• Stay ahead by bringing organizational skills to manage documents, deadlines, and case details efficiently.
