• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm.
• Strong cite-checking skills and Bluebook knowledge.
• Familiarity with court rules, filing procedures, and litigation processes.
• Relativity experience preferred; proficiency with Westlaw, Lexis, Bloomberg.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with all phases of litigation, including case management, legal research, and document preparation.
• Perform cite-checking and ensure Bluebook compliance.
• Manage eDiscovery processes, including document review, coding, and production.
• File documents with Federal and State courts via e-filing systems.
• Conduct legal research using Westlaw, Lexis, Bloomberg, and other databases.
• Organize case files, maintain document databases, and track litigation deadlines.
• Draft and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings.
• Communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, court personnel, and external parties.
• Provide litigation support, including deposition preparation and trial assistance.
