Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in litigation.
• Demonstrated experience in NJ and NY legal processes.
• Experience in obtaining medical records and preparing medical chronologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple lawyers’ litigation matters in NJ and NY courts.
• Schedule IMEs and manage billing for your time.
• Track and organize discovery materials and assist in trial preparation.
