Responsibilities include drafting discovery requests, organizing materials in ProLaw, managing disclosures in federal cases, and assisting with expert data gathering and production tracking.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and send Litigation Hold Memo to client
• Request and manage production of documents from plaintiff and client, including initial requests
• Monitor discovery responses, send overdue letters, and notify counsel
• Prepare Interrogatories and Requests for Production of Documents for review by attorneys
• Format responses, draft general objections, and coordinate with client to obtain documents
• Manage, label, and organize documents in ProLaw or equivalent system
• Draft Initial Disclosures in Federal cases and assemble exhibits
• Coordinate with document management vendors and stop work when cases are resolved
