Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Associate degree or higher preferred as applicable.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 4 years in a corporate legal department or law firm.
• Up to 1 year of corporate legal department or law firm experience.
• 2 years handling large volumes of work and broad research projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee discovery, respond to client inquiries, and coordinate with outside counsel.
• Draft, review, and edit legal documents and correspondence.
• Perform legal research and prepare memoranda for attorney review.
• Prepare materials for transactional closings, depositions, and regulatory filings.
• Intake and triage requests from business clients and outside counsel.
• Complete filings and compliance actions and track deadlines.
• Create exhibits and diagrams to represent factual information.
• Identify changes to company protocols to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance.
• Investigate, interview stakeholders, and prepare investigation summaries.
