Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or ABA-approved paralegal certificate and one year paralegal experience.
• High school diploma or GED and three years of law-related experience under attorney supervision.

Responsibilities

• Draft legal documents, including discovery requests and pleadings.
• Gather, organize, summarize, and analyze pretrial materials.
• Provide paralegal support to attorneys during hearings and trials.
• Prepare administrative records and liaise with clients and witnesses.
• Research questions of law and summarize results.
• Assist with public records requests and other inquiries.
