Job description

What you\'ll actually do

Our paralegals don\'t simply complete tasks—they help own cases.

From the moment a potential client calls until the day a case is resolved, you\'ll be involved in nearly every stage of litigation. You\'ll help investigate claims, meet with clients, participate in strategy discussions, prepare for depositions and trial, communicate with experts and medical providers, draft legal documents, organize complex files, and solve problems that don\'t come with instruction manuals.

Some days you\'ll be deep into medical records.

Some days you\'ll be coordinating experts.

Some days you\'ll be preparing for trial.

And some days you\'ll order office supplies, troubleshoot the copier, or take out the trash.

Around here, no one is "above" any job. We simply do what needs to be done.

Who thrives here

We\'re looking for someone who is:

  • Naturally curious and loves solving difficult problems.
  • Comfortable switching gears without missing a beat.
  • Dependable—because in a small office, everyone matters.
  • Trustworthy enough to handle clients\' biggest tragedies with compassion and professionalism.
  • Humble enough to help wherever needed.
  • Confident enough to speak up, offer ideas, and participate in case strategy.
  • Kind, collaborative, and drama-free.

We genuinely enjoy working together. We laugh a lot. We work incredibly hard. We support one another.

Culture matters here.

What we\'re looking for

Experience in litigation is helpful, but mindset matters even more.

We\'re interested in someone who:

  • Takes initiative.
  • Pays attention to details.
  • Communicates exceptionally well.
  • Is organized without being rigid.
  • Is comfortable with technology and eager to learn new systems.
  • Wants to build a career—not just find another job.

Legal, medical, or insurance experience is a plus, but not required for the right person.

The work

The work is demanding.

The cases are emotionally difficult.

The days can be long.

But there are few things more rewarding than helping someone rebuild their life after it has been turned upside down.

Every settlement. Every verdict. Every family we help move forward reminds us why we do this.

Compensation and Benefits

Top-of-market compensation for the right candidate. We know exceptional people are hard to find, and we\'re willing to invest in someone who will become an integral part of our team.
