Job summary

Modrall Sperling is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys through all stages of litigation. Responsibilities include organizing discovery, drafting documents, conducting research, and preparing materials for depositions and trials.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree or equivalent and at least 2 years as a litigation paralegal or legal assistant, with strong technical and organizational skills and experience with e-discovery tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
• 2+ years' as Litigation Paralegal or legal assistant is required.
• Strong computer skills with Word, PDFs, Outlook, Excel, and calendaring.
• Experience with electronic discovery applications.
• Experience with TrialDirector and IPro software is preferred.

Litigation Paralegal

Modrall Sperling has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Litigation Paralegal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting attorneys in all stages of litigation matters. The candidate should feel comfortable conducting research, doing data entry, scheduling, maintaining case files, and completing other ad‑hoc requests, as needed.
