Ogletree Deakins, a leading labor and employment law firm, seeks an experienced Paralegal in its Miami office. The role supports attorneys with research, document preparation, and case management across a labor/employment practice.
Ideal candidates have a paralegal certification and 6+ years of experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, LexisNexis, Westlaw, and related tools. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and competitive compensation.
Our Miami, FL office has an opportunity for an experienced Paralegal to join our Labor & Employment practice. The Paralegal researches law, investigates facts, and prepares documents to assist attorneys. The Paralegal also independently researches and analyzes law sources such as statutes, recorded judicial decisions, legal articles, treaties, constitutions, and legal codes to prepare legal documents, such as briefs, pleadings, appeals for review, approval, and use by attorney.
