Morgan & Morgan is seeking a paralegal to support a lead attorney and legal assistant in a fast-paced litigation environment. The role involves drafting pleadings, filing with courts, managing discovery, and coordinating depositions.
Candidates should have at least 2 years of litigation experience, plus an associate degree or certificate. Prior paralegal education is preferred and strong organization is essential. The on-site position offers opportunities to work closely with the legal team.
