Germer PLLC in Beaumont, TX seeks an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys in Insurance/Personal Injury Defense and Products Liability teams. You will manage the docket from inception through trial or dismissal, prepare pleadings and discovery, and coordinate court filings.

Candidates should have 2+ years in litigation, strong organization, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recent litigation paralegal experience, preferably in defense litigation.
• Proficiency with litigation procedures, filings, and case management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Paralegal Certificate or degree in legal studies preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with case management from inception through resolution.
• Draft, prepare, and revise pleadings, correspondence, discovery, and other legal documents.
• Coordinate court filings and e-filing.
• Organize and maintain case files and document productions.
• Track deadlines and maintain calendars.
• Subpoena medical records.
• Retain and coordinate expert witnesses.
• Assist with deposition and trial preparations.
• Provide additional administrative and litigation support as needed.

Germer PLLC is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to provide high-level support to attorneys and assigned team members in our Insurance/Personal Injury Defense and Products Liability teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the docket from inception of a lawsuit through trial and/or final dismissal.

This position requires exceptional organizational skills, strong professional administrative experience, and the ability to think independently in a fast-paced legal environment. A successful candidate will maintain high standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism while managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with case management from inception thorough resolution
• Draft, prepare, and revise pleadings, correspondence, discovery, and other legal documents
• Coordinate court filings and e-filing
• Organize and maintain case files and documents productions
• Track deadlines and maintain calendars
• Subpoenaing medical records
• Retention and coordination of expert witnesses
• Assist with deposition and trial preparations
• Provide additional administrative and litigation support as needed
