You will coordinate depositions, organize case files, and communicate professionally with clients and courts. The position offers a competitive salary of $60,000–$75,000 base, comprehensive benefits, PTO, holidays, and opportunities for long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Previous legal assistant, legal administrative, or similar law firm experience.
• Litigation experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning new systems.
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and case support to litigation attorneys.
• Prepare, edit, proofread, and format legal documents and correspondence.
• Assist with court filings and track important deadlines.
• Manage attorney calendars, scheduling, and appointments.
• Coordinate depositions, hearings, meetings, and other case-related activities.
• Organize and maintain electronic and physical case files.
• Communicate professionally with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and outside parties.
• Assist attorneys and the broader team with additional administrative needs.
