Job summary

Our client, an established law firm in Chicago, seeks an experienced eDiscovery professional to manage electronic evidence, apply RelativityOne analytics, and collaborate with attorneys and project managers to deliver accurate, secure results.

The role requires 5+ years in litigation support with Relativity and analytics, strong scripting, and knowledge of EDRM/ACEDS. Flexibility in schedule to meet case deadlines, with potential beyond standard hours.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of litigation support experience using Relativity and analytics in a law firm or eDiscovery service provider.
• Advanced RelativityOne proficiency including workspace management, analytics and scripting.
• Familiarity with EDRM and ACEDS principles.
• Experience with electronic data processing, document production, quality control, and evidence tracking.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Partner with attorneys and project managers to translate case needs into practical data workflows.
• Apply RelativityOne analytics, artificial intelligence, and scripts to improve review efficiency and solve workspace challenges.
• Manage electronic evidence through intake, processing, loading, production, and archival.
• Configure and maintain RelativityOne case databases and support users with basic and advanced functionality.
• Validate data and deliverables through quality control checks, resolving accuracy or consistency issues.

Required Qualifications

Schedule

Flexibility is required for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and workweeks exceeding 40 hours when case deadlines demand it.
