Fenwick & West LLP seeks a Litigation Docket Specialist to support day-to-day docket operations across Litigation, Corporate and Administrative departments. The role involves reviewing deadlines, entering data into the docket system, and assisting attorneys and staff with docket entries and policy changes.
We emphasize curiosity and learning in a fast-paced, AI-enabled environment. The position is hybrid with required on-site time, and overtime may be needed during busy periods.
Under the direction of the Senior Risk Management Manager, the Litigation Docket Specialist will help oversee the day-to-day operations of the docket functions and assist with the maintenance of the docket database for our Litigation, Corporate and Administrative departments. Innovation isn't a department here - it's a mindset. We actively use AI tools to work smarter, and we expect everyone to bring curiosity and openness to how technology can enhance their work. You don't need to be a technical expert; you need to be willing to learn, experiment, and grow alongside a team doing the same. This position can be based in any of our U.S. office locations and offers a hybrid schedule, requiring one day on-site per week in office, with the possibility of additional required in‑office days depending on business and client needs. During the training period, the individual must be available to work on Pacific Time. The work schedule for this position (non-exempt) will be 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with flexibility and the ability to work overtime as needed.
