The Woodlands, TX-based Naman Howell Smith & Lee PLLC is seeking a Paralegal with 3+ years of civil litigation experience, preferably in personal injury defense and transportation litigation. This full-time role, based in the Spring area, offers competitive benefits and standard hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Key duties include client communication, case management, document control, and trial preparation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of civil litigation experience preferred.
• Experience in personal injury defense and transportation litigation appreciated.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Communicate with clients and provide case updates.
• Manage overall case volume and deadlines.
• Organize and manage high-volume document databases.
• Conduct background and social media searches as needed.
• Prepare client documents and files for trial, hearings, depositions, and mediations.
• Perform e-filing and related court filing tasks.
