Job summary

Best Best & Krieger LLP seeks an attorney with a minimum of five years of litigation experience, including writs of mandate and land use matters, to join our California offices. Qualifications

We have an immediate opening for an attorney with a minimum of 5 years of litigation experience. Experience with writs of mandate, municipal civil litigation and land use litigation is highly preferred. In addition to having strong academic credentials, the ideal candidate will have excellent writing skills as well as significant experience taking and defending depositions, drafting dispositive motions and handling matters independently. This position may be based in any of our California offices. Candidates must be admitted to practice in California.

The reasonably expected pay scale for this position seeking an attorney with 5 or more years of experience is $137,500 - $200,000. The actual salary within that range will depend on the selected candidate’s years of practice and experience.
