Job summary

Thompson Law Injury Lawyers in Houston seeks a Litigation Attorney to lead our personal injury team. You will manage complex cases, advocate for clients, and ensure outstanding service throughout the litigation process.

Ideal candidates have 4–7+ years of litigation with at least 2+ years in personal injury, strong leadership, and excellent communication. Bilingual a plus. We offer a competitive base, monthly bonuses, and comprehensive benefits as part of a national growing firm.

Qualifications

• 4-7+ years of litigation experience, with at least 2+ years of personal injury-related experience.
• Leadership: demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams in a high-stakes legal environment.
• Communication: interact with clients, adjusters, and other lawyers/paralegals over the phone and in person.
• Organizational skills: hands-on management of many cases with attention to detail.
• A good heart: maximize settlements, try cases when needed, and advocate for others; must be licensed in good standing with the Texas State Bar.

We are seeking a Litigation Attorney for our Houston office.

You understand the importance of client service and the complexities of medical treatment in personal injury cases, and you have a deep desire to help lead a team that shepherds our clients through this process. You come with personal injury litigation experience and a desire to win for your client. Key Responsibilities:

• Organizational Skills: Overall, organization and attention to detail are necessary. This role will require the hands-on management of many cases.
• A Good Heart: A desire to maximize settlements, try cases when needed, and always enjoy your work. Engaging, straightforward, and committed to advocating for others, Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar.

• Bilingual in English/Spanish.
